Kent County Council (KCC) met to discuss local government reorganisation, the council's strategic direction, and pressing issues such as social care funding and NHS pressures. The council approved its strategic statement, Reforming Kent 2025-2028, and debated a motion on the NHS and social care crisis, but did not vote on KCC's strategic business case for local government reorganisation in Kent and Medway.

Crime & Disorder Committee, Scrutiny Committee - Thursday, 2nd October, 2025 10.00 am

The Kent County Council Scrutiny Committee convened as the Crime and Disorder Committee to review the Kent Community Safety Agreement (CSA). The committee noted the refreshed Community Safety Agreement for April 2025, along with the year-end action plan and performance summary for 2024/25, and agreed to note partners for their hard work.
