The Strategy and Resources Committee met on 8 December 2025, and among other things, decided not to proceed with the Genr8 Kajima Regeneration Ltd (GKRL) bid for the Sutton Civic and Town Centre Regeneration, but will continue to develop proposals for housing on the current Civic Centre site and review options for relocating services within the town centre.
