Children and Young People Scrutiny Panel - Wednesday, 9th July, 2025 6.30 pm

The Children and Young People Scrutiny Panel were scheduled to meet on 9 July 2025 to discuss youth crime reduction, the latest performance monitoring report, and the panel's work programme for the coming year. The panel was also expected to note the items scheduled for discussion at its September meeting.

The Royal Borough of Greenwich Council met on 25 June 2025, and among other business, agreed to prohibit itinerant ice cream trading on King William Walk, and to dispose of the Margaret McMillan Field Study Centre, subject to certain conditions. Inclusive Economy and Culture Scrutiny Panel - Wednesday, 23rd April, 2025 6.30 pm

The Inclusive Economy and Culture Scrutiny Panel were scheduled to discuss updates from cabinet members and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). The meeting was scheduled to cover a range of topics, including economic development, support for local businesses, cultural events, sports, and the voluntary sector. The panel was also expected to note the progress of the UKSPF programme and a further allocation of resources from the GLA¹.

Housing and Neighbourhoods Scrutiny Panel - Thursday, 10th April, 2025 6.30 pm

The Housing and Neighbourhoods Scrutiny Panel met to discuss several key issues, including updates on grounds maintenance and refuse, responsive repairs and empty homes, and leaseholder charges. The panel also reviewed the use of powers under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (RIPA).
