The Cornwall Council Cabinet met to discuss the Council Performance Report for Quarter 2 of 2025/26, the Draft Council Priorities Plan 2026-30, and several strategies and commissioning plans. The cabinet approved the draft Council Priorities 2026-2030 for public consultation, and also approved the Home Based Prevention and Intermediate Care Business Case, and to commence a procurement process for Sexual and Reproductive Health Services. They also formally adopted the 'Our Customer Philosophy 2025-2030' and the 'CornwALL Connected Digital Inclusion Strategy 2025-2030'.

...to recommend to Cabinet the adoption of revised long-term ambitions and near-term targets for climate and nature across three levels of Council action, acknowledge the Council's contributory role in developing and delivering climate and nature responses, call on the members of the CIOS Leadership Board to develop the system level of delivery mechanisms required, and call on Westminster to provide the powers and funding necessary for Cornwall to meet legally binding climate and nature targets.
