The Mayor and Cabinet approved the minutes of the Mayor and Cabinet meeting held on 1 July 2026. The Mayor and Cabinet agreed to extend leaseholder repayment periods for major works bills, with longer interest-free periods for larger bills and a discount for upfront payment. They also reviewed and approved housing policies, including the Vulnerable Residents Policy and the Lifts and Stairlifts Policy.
