They were also scheduled to discuss risk management and the terms of reference for the Natural Environment Complementary Land Policy and Complementary Land Use Appraisal.

Projects and Procurement Sub-Committee - Monday, 19th May, 2025 1.45 pm

The Projects and Procurement Sub-Committee convened to address several key items, including the procurement strategy for a strategic transformation partner, the appointment of enforcement agents for revenues and parking, and the procurement of a delivery partner for the Connect to Work programme. The committee also discussed and noted updates on various ongoing projects and risk management activities. Deputy Benjamin Daniel Murphy, Chairman of the committee, began by overseeing the election of a Deputy Chair.

Digital Services Committee - Thursday, 15th May, 2025 1.45 pm

The Digital Services Committee was scheduled to discuss the Digital, Information and Technology Service's (DITS) performance, the Chamberlain's Department business plan, and the progress of Programme Sapphire. They were also scheduled to consider the use of Copilot for M365 across the City of London Corporation. In addition to these topics, the committee was expected to elect a chair and deputy chair, and make appointments to other committees.
