Inclusive Economy and Culture Scrutiny Panel - Thursday, 11th September, 2025 6.30 pm

Barry Kelly, Chief Executive of Visit Greenwich, presented the update, which covered topics such as tourism's economic impact, destination management, marketing campaigns, and challenges related to funding and infrastructure. The panel also discussed future reports and work items.

The Royal Borough of Greenwich Council met to discuss a range of issues, including responses to petitions, public questions, treasury management, and motions on banking hubs and HMOs[^1]. The council approved the Treasury Management and Capital Outturn 2024-25, appointed Thomas Tyson to the Audit and Risk Management Panel, and supported a motion calling for a banking hub in Eltham.
