The agenda for Northumberland County Council's meeting on 5 November 2025 included discussion of the Berwick Maltings Theatre project, annual reports from several cabinet members, an annual report from the Audit Committee, an interim report from the Family and Children's Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee, and a review of polling districts and polling places. South East Planning Committee - Monday, 13th October, 2025 4.00 pm

Councillors voted to approve the change of use of a property on Regent Street in Blyth from supported living accommodation to a single dwelling, despite concerns raised by a local councillor. The committee also approved the erection of a single-storey retail unit in Bedlington, following a debate about its potential impact.
