BRADFORD WEST LOCALITY PLAN

As part of the Council-wide programme of ‘Strengthening Locality Working’, Neighbourhood and Community Services worked with other Council services and partner agencies to develop five Locality Plans, one for each constituency that make up the Bradford District. This report gives an update on the progress achieved towards addressing the locality-wide priorities set out in the Bradford West Locality Plan during 2023/24.

WILSDEN NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The report will consider whether the Wilsden Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP), prepared by Wilsden Parish Council under the Localism Act 2011 can be put to a local referendum and formally adopted as part of the statutory development plan for the District. The NDP was subject to several periods of public consultation and will be considered by an independent examiner to determine its compliance with Basic Conditions and other legislative requirements prior to it being put to referendum and formal adoption.
