The Hertfordshire Council Pensions Committee met on 7 July 2025 to discuss the pension fund audit plan, the risk register, Local Pensions Partnership Administration (LPPA) performance, employer risk and governance, training and investment performance. Resources and Performance Cabinet Panel - Thursday, 19 June 2025 2.00 pm

The Resources and Performance Cabinet Panel met to discuss the proposed marketing of County Hall for alternative uses and the relocation of democratic meetings to the Stevenage Campus. The panel voted in favour of recommending to the cabinet that they agree to market the County Hall site for alternative uses, delegate approval of the detailed marketing strategy and materials, and approve the creation of a Council Chamber and Committee room at the Stevenage Campus.

Annual Meeting, County Council - Tuesday, 20 May 2025 10.00 am

At the annual meeting of Hertfordshire County Council, Councillor Laurence Brass was elected as the new Chairman, and Councillor Sandy Walkington was elected as Vice-Chairman. Councillor Steve Jarvis was elected as the Leader of the Council, marking a shift from the previous Conservative administration.
