The Licensing Hearing of Northumberland Council is scheduled to convene on Thursday, 11 December 2025, to address a single agenda item: a premises licence application for The Tipsy Bean, located at 76 Station Road, Ashington, NE63 8RN. The hearing will consider the application, any objections, and determine whether to grant, modify, or reject the licence.

West Planning Committee - Tuesday, 9th December, 2025 4.00 pm

Communities and Place OSC - Wednesday, 26th November, 2025 2.00 pm

The Communities and Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee were scheduled to meet to discuss performance data from Places for People Leisure, and to receive an update on the UK Government's Simpler Recycling policy. They were also expected to consider their work programme for the 2025/26 council year. Councillor David Lee Bawn, Chair of the Committee was expected to chair the meeting.

County Council - Wednesday, 5th November, 2025 2.00 pm

The agenda for Northumberland County Council's meeting on 5 November 2025 included discussion of the Berwick Maltings Theatre project, annual reports from several cabinet members, an annual report from the Audit Committee, an interim report from the Family and Children's Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee, and a review of polling districts and polling places. Councillors were also scheduled to discuss political proportionality on the council and proposed updates to the constitution.
