ICT – Provision of laptops and associated services, Executive Decision - Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 10.00 am

The Executive Decision meeting of Waltham Forest Council on 1 April 2025 was scheduled to consider a report regarding the provision of laptops and associated services to council staff. The meeting was held without public access, in accordance with The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012. The Integrated Meeting of Waltham Forest Health & Wellbeing and Health & Care Partnership Boards was scheduled to discuss the Better Care Fund (BCF) plan for 2025/26. The meeting was also scheduled to approve the minutes from the previous meeting held on 20 January 2025. Some items were expected to be discussed in private due to their commercially sensitive nature.

Cabinet - Tuesday, 11th March, 2025 2.00 pm

The Cabinet meeting scheduled for 11 March 2025 contains a varied agenda. There are two reports on the agenda that relate to the Markhouse Centre, a day opportunities service for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people. The report pack also contains the Council’s proposed Annual Procurement Plan 2025/26 and a strategy for procuring Extra Care services, plus reports on the future of the Lea Bridge Station sites and a report on the Council’s approach to town centres.

Special Meeting: Annual Budget and Council Tax Setting, Council - Thursday, 27th February, 2025 7.30 pm

This meeting is scheduled to cover a wide range of financial matters, including the Council's budget for 2025-26, the rates at which it will charge fees for its services, its plans to invest in new buildings and infrastructure and the pay of its employees. The meeting is also scheduled to include the appointment of Paul Calaminus to the Health and Wellbeing Board.
