Culture, Heritage and Libraries Committee - Monday, 7th July, 2025 2.00 pm

The Culture, Heritage and Libraries Committee were scheduled to discuss a range of topics, including building project updates for the Barbican and community libraries, business plans for culture and the London Archives, updates and conservation plans for The Monument, and recommendations from the City Arts Initiative. The committee was also scheduled to receive updates on the development of the Cultural Strategy and the revenue outturn for 2024/25.

West Ham Park Committee - Thursday, 3rd July, 2025 9.30 am

The West Ham Park Committee were scheduled to meet to discuss the assistant director's report, a risk management update, and a review of the Natural Environment Charity. They were also scheduled to discuss the revenue outturn for 2024/25.

The Natural Environment Board was scheduled to discuss risk management, climate action, and the progress of the Environment Department's business plan. Also on the agenda was an update on fundraising workstreams for the Natural Environment Charity Review (NECR).

Court of Common Council - Thursday, 26th June, 2025 1.00 pm

The Court of Common Council of City of London Council were scheduled to meet on 26 June 2025, to discuss a number of items including a motion to renovate housing estates, and a proposal to procure a replacement Pan-London Sexual Health eService. They were also scheduled to consider applications for the Freedom of the City.

Gresham (City Side) Committee - Friday, 23rd May, 2025 10.30 am

The Gresham (City Side) Committee was scheduled to meet on Friday 23 May 2025 to discuss a range of matters related to the Sir Thomas Gresham Charities, Gresham College, and the Gresham Almshouses. The meeting included both public and non-public agenda items, with the latter addressing issues considered not in the best interest of the charity to disclose publicly. Key items for discussion included the election of a chair and deputy chair, appointments to the Gresham College Council and Gresham Working Party, and a risk management update for the Sir Thomas Gresham Charities.
