The Camden Council Leaseholders' Forum met on 27 May 2025 to discuss a range of issues affecting leaseholders, including the election of a new chair, updates on leaseholder services, key repairs issues, and a report from the Associate Cabinet Member for Leaseholders. The forum also reviewed the Leaseholders’ Forum Constitution and Code of Conduct.

The Leaseholders Forum noted the poor results of a recent satisfaction survey and the draft Action Plan drawn up in response to the recommendations of the Cabinet Adviser for Improving Services to Leaseholders, Councillor James Slater.
