About

Membership

The Local Review Body is made up of 6 elected members, one nominated from each Area Committee. There is also 1 nominated substitute member from each Area to ensure that there is impartiality and that there can be a quorum of members for consideration of each case.

Legislation

The Town and Country Planning (Scheme of Delegation and Local Review Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 set out much of the procedure to be adopted by the Local Review Body and a copy of the legislation is provided below.
