The Licensing Sub-Committee makes decisions on a range of licensing applications for Barking and Dagenham. This includes applications for premises licenses for selling alcohol, street trading, night cafes, sex establishments, and betting shops. The committee operates under the Licensing Act 2003, Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972, and the Gambling Act 2005.
