Audit and Corporate Governance (Performance Review) Sub-Committee

The Sub-Committee reviews the performance of the Chief Executive. It also takes decisions on disciplinary matters, including recommending the termination of the contract of employment of the Chief Executive, Monitoring Officer or Chief Finance Officer to the Council, and considers and determines grievances by and against the Chief Executive.
