The Harrow Licensing Panel determines applications and makes orders for a range of licences, permits, registrations, and certificates. This includes decisions on rights of way, street naming, markets, car park orders, and common land. The panel also handles safety certificates for sports grounds, film classification, and matters arising from the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.
