The Member Conduct Panel is responsible for considering complaints which have been referred by the Monitoring Officer relating to alleged breaches of the County Council’s Members’ Code of Conduct.

 

The Panel which is politically balanced is made up of five members who are selected as and when necessary from a pool of members that have received training in this area.
