The Appointments Sub-Committee of Westminster Council met on Monday 1st December 2025 to discuss changes to the committee membership, declarations of interest, and the appointment to the post of Director of Corporate Property.

Appointment of Director of Corporate Property

The main item on the agenda was the appointment of the Director of Corporate Property. The agenda frontsheet and public reports pack for the meeting noted that pages 3-22 were related to this agenda item. The report pack stated that by virtue of paragraph(s) 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, some information relating to this appointment would be considered in private.
