The Licensing Sub-Committee convened to discuss an application for a new premises licence for Brati A&A Cafe, and ultimately decided to approve the application, with a condition to end the sale of alcohol at 10pm on Sundays. The applicant, Luljim Brati, sought permission to sell alcohol from 10am to 10.30pm, Monday to Sunday at the cafe, located at 530 Rainham Road South, Dagenham. The sub-committee heard representations from interested parties, the licensing officer, and the applicant before making their decision.

The Audit and Risk Committee met to discuss external audit reports from BDO and Grant Thornton (GT), consider management responses, and review the committee's work programme.
