The Cabinet of South Holland Council noted the forecast revenue position of a projected £187,000 underspend for 2025/26 and the Housing Revenue Account's projected surplus of £890,000. The Cabinet also noted amendments to the Capital Programme and that debt restructuring on HRA borrowing had been carried out in March 2026.

The Cabinet approved the findings from the HRA stock condition surveys and the strategy for using and maintaining the data on 28/04/2026. The Cabinet noted the General Fund draft outturn position for 2024/25 as an underspend of £317,000 and the HRA draft outturn position for 2024/25 as an underspend of £13,000 on 08/07/2025. The Cabinet of South Holland Council approved the use of £67,398 in Disabled Facilities Grant funding on 28 April 2026. This funding will extend the Lincolnshire Good Home Alliance advice and casework service for 21 months and support the delivery of Disabled Facilities Grants and Discretionary Housing Financial Assistance. The council will amend its capital and revenue budgets to reflect these decisions.

The strategy extension aligns with ongoing service transformation and allows for deeper tenant engagement in shaping future strategies.
