Extraordinary meeting, Council - Monday, 20th January, 2025 6.00 pm
This meeting was called following a request by five councillors to discuss the Housing Ombudsman Service's recent report on Camden Council. The Ombudsman's report is highly critical of Camden's Housing Repairs service. It makes a series of recommendations on how the service can be improved.
Camden Town District Management Committee - Wednesday, 8th January, 2025 6.30 pm
This meeting was scheduled to include a presentation and discussion of Camden Council's Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Budget for 2025/26. The meeting was also scheduled to consider which Tenant and Resident Associations (TRAs) should be registered to allow tenants to participate in the District Management Committees.

This meeting was an opportunity for the Kentish Town District Management Committee to consider the Housing Revenue Account budget for 2025/26 and proposals for rent and service charge increases. ...to facilitate the regeneration of the Regis Road Growth Area, the council agreed to declare 8 Eley Road surplus, approve the acquisition of 21 Kynoch Road in exchange for 8 Eley Road at market value plus a £1.4m payment to CCEP, and delegate authority to the Head of Property to finalize the linked transactions.
