Pension Board - Thursday 30th January, 2025 6.30 pm

The meeting on the 30th of January was of the City of Westminster Pension Board. The meeting was scheduled to include a report on the administration of the City of Westminster Pension Fund, updates on the Guaranteed Minimum Pension Project, the McCloud project and the Pension Dashboard Programme, and receive the Fund's accounts. The Board was also scheduled to hear about the performance of the Fund's investments and a report on the Chancellor's Mansion House speech.

Council - Wednesday 22nd January, 2025 7.00 pm

This meeting was scheduled to include a motion to approve the appointment of Janet Kealey as an independent person to the council’s standards committee, a debate on the opportunities and challenges faced by residents of Harrow Road ward, a series of reports on the City Plan, homelessness, and reform of planning committees, and a report on Council Tax.

Planning Sub-Committee (1) - Tuesday 7th January, 2025 6.30 pm

The Planning Sub-Committee (1) of Westminster Council met on Tuesday 7th January 2025 to consider two planning applications. The committee granted conditional planning permission for alterations and changes of use at Park House on Oxford Street. For the application at 10 Greycoat Place, the committee resolved that had an appeal against non-determination not been received, planning permission would have been granted, with an amendment to a condition regarding planting.

Planning Sub-Committee (2) - Tuesday 26th November, 2024 6.30 pm

This meeting was about deciding on several planning applications in the City of Westminster. The report pack contains what was scheduled to be discussed, but it does not tell us anything about what was actually discussed, or whether any decisions were actually made.

Council - Wednesday 13th November, 2024 7.00 pm

The Council agreed to readopt the existing Gambling Policy for a further three years, to change the structure of the committees that make planning decisions, to grant Councillor Concia Albert dispensation from attending meetings, and to set the schedule for the Council's meetings in 2025-2026.
