Cabinet approved recommendations on 21/04/2026. Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Judy Roberts.

The Cabinet of Oxfordshire Council decided to approve recommendations regarding Local Area SEND Partnership, Education Otherwise Than At School (EOTAS) guidance, Fostering, BMMR Public Health focus, and Parking Permits on 21/04/2026. They also partially accepted recommendations concerning school visits by local members and sharing best practice. The Cabinet accepted recommendations on the Draft Social Value Policy, with some rejections and partial acceptances, on 24/02/2026. Specific officer actions include developing a SEND Reform plan, reviewing EOTAS guidance, undertaking a business case for council tax offers for foster carers, devising metrics for vaping prevalence, and extending the online parking permit system contract.
