The Oxfordshire County Council meeting scheduled for 4 November 2025 included an address by the Lord Lieutenant of Oxfordshire, Mrs Marjorie Glasgow BEM, and consideration of the new strategic plan, changes to financial regulations and the youth justice annual plan. Councillors were also expected to discuss a number of motions, including one to end the Oxford Congestion Charge scheme.

The Remuneration Committee of Oxfordshire Council met on 9 October 2025 to discuss gender and ethnicity pay gap reports, and the withdrawal of the Coroners' Society of England and Wales (CSEW) from the Joint Negotiating Committee. They were also scheduled to review exempt minutes and receive an update on proposed organisational restructuring. The meeting was held at County Hall in Oxford.

Councillor Kate Gregory, Cabinet Member for Public Health and Inequalities, approved a contract variation to the 0-19 Public Health Nursing Services provided by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, and also approved the minutes of the previous meeting. The meeting also covered declarations of interest, questions from county councillors, and petitions and public addresses, none of which were received.

Councillor Kate Gregory, Cabinet Member for Public Health and Inequalities, approved the extension of two contracts at this meeting. The Oxfordshire Domestic Abuse Service (ODAS) contract will be extended for two years, and the Detoxification and Residential Rehabilitation Services for Adults with Problematic Substance Use – Dynamic Approved Provider List (DAPL) contract will also be extended for two years.
