The Kingston upon Thames People Committee met on Tuesday 11 November 2025 to discuss several reports and assessments related to children's services and education in the borough. The committee reviewed and noted the Achieving for Children annual reports, endorsed the findings of the Childcare Sufficiency Assessment, and received an update on school place planning.

Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee - Tuesday 4 November 2025 7:30 pm

The Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee convened to discuss community grants, planning applications, and the Berrylands Area Healthy Streets Scheme. The committee approved a Neighbourhood Community Grant and two allocations of Councillor Ward Funding. They also approved two planning applications, one for a change of use to a house in multiple occupation (HMO) and another for the erection of a detached dwelling.

The panel, consisting of Councillor Helen Grocott, Councillor Peter Herlinger, Councillor Anita Schaper, Councillor Thay Thayalan and Councillor Diane White, was also scheduled to confirm the minutes of the previous meeting.
