2026/27 Finance Update Report Quarter 1

Contract variation and extension of the Inter-Authority Agreement (IAA) pan-London online sexual health service

Haringey Council's Cabinet decided to approve the variation and extension of an Inter-Authority Agreement for the pan-London online sexual health service. Approval to procure Enhanced Environmental Enforcement Contract

Haringey Council's Cabinet decided on 15/09/2026 to approve the commencement of a procurement exercise for an enhanced environmental enforcement contract. The council will tender for enforcement of specific offences listed in Appendix 1. The outcome of the procurement is expected to be cost-neutral to the council, with the council retaining a proportion of collected Fixed Penalty Notices.

Substance misuse peer led service

They also approved the award of the contract to Bringing Unity Back Into the Community (BUBIC) for this service from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with an option to extend.
