...that subject to Place Committee approval, the Director of Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, was delegated the authority to make any necessary adjustments and prioritizations to the proposed Local Implementation Plan (LIP) schemes if Transport for London reduced funding levels, and that this delegation was noted.

From: New and Old Malden Neighbourhood Committee - Tuesday 7 October 2025 7:30 pm - October 07, 2025

...to support community initiatives, they approved a £3,000 Neighbourhood Community Grant for Voices of Hope's BRITE Box project and allocated £1,496 in Neighbourhood Community Grant funding to the New Malden Town Centre Partnership, supplemented by £700 from Councillors Giles and Durrant's Ward Funding.
