The Democracy and Standards Committee met to discuss a Community Governance Review, updates to the Code of Conduct, and the national picture regarding ethical standards. The committee approved the terms of reference for a Community Governance Review for the whole area of North Northamptonshire and noted updates to the Code of Conduct and the national picture.

North Northamptonshire Council met to discuss the Northamptonshire Youth Justice Plan, and to agree changes to the political balance on council committees. The council approved the recommendations set out in the Northamptonshire Youth Justice Plan 2024/25, and also approved changes to political balance on its committees.

The Employment Subcommittee of North Northamptonshire Council met on Friday 17 October 2025. The main item on the agenda was to conduct interviews for the role of Director of Transformation & Strategy and select a candidate for appointment.
