The Kingston and North Kingston Neighbourhood Committee met on Tuesday 18 November 2025, and discussed traffic calming measures, planning applications, and community infrastructure levy funds. The committee approved recommendations for the allocation of Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy (NCIL) funds, but deferred a decision on the Tudor Library Mindful Garden supplementary request.
