Delegated Decisions by Cabinet Member for Place, Environment and Climate Action approved and authorised the award of the HIF1 Culham River Crossing Construction Contract on 01/05/2026. The decision delegated authority to the Director of Environment and Highways to award the Stage Two NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract to John Graham Construction Limited, subject to agreement of target cost, programme, finalising terms, and confirmation of sufficient funding. This also included authority to enter into a Works and Access Agreement with FCC Environment UK Limited and a two Party Overbridge Agreement and a Restoration Agreement with Hanson Quarry Products Europe Limited.
