... to align with the Levelling Up and Regeneration Act 2023, the Cabinet approved ending the current Minerals and Waste Local Plan preparation process and authorized starting a new one under the new plan-making process, delegating authority to the Director of Economy and Place to make necessary changes to the Minerals and Waste Development Scheme and conduct a review within six months if the Act's provisions are not yet in force.

...the Cabinet of Oxfordshire approved the final development plan, as agreed with the Department for Work and Pensions, for the delivery of the Connect to Work Programme in Oxfordshire, which includes a mixed model of internal delivery by Oxfordshire Employment and commissioned external partners, with an indicative program cost of £8.4 million.
