Oxfordshire Health & Wellbeing Board - Thursday, 25 September 2025 2.00 pm

The Oxfordshire Health & Wellbeing Board met to discuss a range of issues including the Oxfordshire Winter Plan, the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment, and the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment. The board was also scheduled to receive updates on the Marmot Place programme, the Health & Wellbeing Strategy, and reports from Healthwatch Oxfordshire and various partnership boards. In addition, the meeting included discussion of plans for an upcoming Health and Wellbeing Board workshop.

Health Improvement Partnership Board - Thursday, 18 September 2025 2.00 pm

The Oxfordshire Health Improvement Partnership Board met on 18 September 2025, and reviewed a draft of the Drugs and Alcohol Health Needs Assessment, and approved its provisional recommendations. The board also reviewed its terms of reference and monitored performance against Oxfordshire's Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2024-2030.

Cabinet - Tuesday, 16 September 2025 2.00 pm

The Oxfordshire County Council Cabinet met to discuss a range of issues, including adopting a new digital strategy, addressing climate change, and managing the council's finances. The cabinet approved the Digital, Data and Technology (DDAT) Strategies 2025-2028, approved the inclusion of Grove Airfield Primary School into the capital programme, and approved £2.4 million for the purchase of two new buildings to facilitate staff relocation. They also discussed responses to scrutiny reports on school catering, employment services, hire bikes and scooters, and the council's people and culture strategy.

Delegated Decisions by Cabinet Member for Public Health and Inequalities - Tuesday, 16 September 2025 1.30 pm

Councillor Kate Gregory, Cabinet Member for Public Health and Inequalities, approved the extension of two contracts at this meeting. The Oxfordshire Domestic Abuse Service (ODAS) contract will be extended for two years, and the Detoxification and Residential Rehabilitation Services for Adults with Problematic Substance Use – Dynamic Approved Provider List (DAPL) contract will also be extended for two years.

The Oxfordshire Council Cabinet was scheduled to meet on Wednesday 10 September 2025 to discuss a report from the Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee on the Oxford temporary congestion charge, and to consider the implementation of temporary congestion charging points in Oxford.
