The committee was also scheduled to consider the award of an annual grant to the Livery Companies.

The Port Health & Environmental Services Committee were scheduled to meet to discuss a variety of topics, including proposed fee increases for the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre, a mid-year update on the Environment Department's business plan, and an update on the Tobacco and Vapes Bill. The committee was also scheduled to review and make decisions on the Heathrow Animal Reception Centre's byelaws.

The Audit and Risk Management Committee of the City of London Council is scheduled to meet on Monday 17 November 2025 to discuss counter fraud measures, risk management, and internal audit updates. The committee will also be asked to agree the public minutes of the previous meeting held on 15 September 2025, and to note the Committee's Outstanding Actions List and Work Programme.
