The Cabinet of Oxfordshire Council decided on 20/10/2026 to approve recommendations regarding the A40 HIF2 Programme. The decision included noting that the Director for Environment and Highways retains final approval for spend, and that the Lane Rental Surplus Board will assess funding applications and make recommendations. Proposals exceeding delegated authority thresholds will be brought to Cabinet.
