The Cabinet of Croydon Council agreed to approve the Mayor's Delivery Plan 2026-2030. The plan sets out how the council will deliver its priorities, with progress to be monitored and reported every six months and reviewed annually.

The Corporate Director of Children, Young People & Education decided on 07 August 2026 to agree to terminate the contract for the provision of children's residential services with St Christopher's on 3 months' notice. This decision was made due to concerns regarding the outcomes experienced by children and the provider's inability to consistently demonstrate the required capability. The decision includes intensifying monitoring of children during the notice period and supporting their transition to appropriate placements.

The Cabinet of Croydon Council decided to approve the investment of £7.9 million plus expenses for Phase 2 of the CYPE Strategic Transformation Partner programme. This decision was made on 14 October 2026. The Cabinet also delegated authority to corporate directors to finalise contractual documentation for Phase 2.

The Cabinet of Croydon Council decided on 14/10/2026 to authorise consultation on implementing Public Space Protection Orders in parks and open spaces across the borough, and in specific public places including district centre high streets. This decision authorises consultation with the public and partners on these proposals.
