The Planning Sub-Committee (1) of Westminster Council met on Tuesday 7th January 2025 to consider two planning applications. The committee granted conditional planning permission for alterations and changes of use at Park House on Oxford Street. For the application at 10 Greycoat Place, the committee resolved that had an appeal against non-determination not been received, planning permission would have been granted, with an amendment to a condition regarding planting.

The Licensing Sub-Committee (3) considered two applications for review of premises licenses under the Licensing Act 2003. The meeting was scheduled to be conducted under the terms of the Licensing Act 2003.

Planning Sub-Committee (1) - Tuesday 3rd December, 2024 6.30 pm

This meeting was about two planning applications: a major office development at 58-70 Old Compton Street and the repainting of bollards on Floral Street. It also appears to have included a discussion, in private, about the confirmation or otherwise of a tree preservation order.
