Licensing Committee - Wednesday 11th June, 2025 6.30 pm

The Licensing Committee of Westminster City Council convened to discuss several key issues, including proposed amendments to the council's Licensing Act 2003 model conditions, the performance of the licensing service, and an update on licensing appeals. The applicant, W&S London Limited, sought permission to sell alcohol from the kiosk for consumption off the premises. After hearing from the applicant, residents, the Metropolitan Police, and their legal advisor, the committee agreed to defer their decision, which will be communicated to all parties within five working days.
