The Leicestershire Health and Wellbeing Board met to discuss several key issues, including mental health services, dementia strategy, neighbourhood models of care, and pandemic planning. The board was also scheduled to discuss the Better Care Fund, the SEND and Inclusion Alliance, and the Joint Local Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

The Leicestershire County Council meeting on 3 December 2025 included reports from the Cabinet, the Constitution Committee, and the Appointment Committee. Councillors were scheduled to discuss the council's annual delivery report, proposed revisions to the council's constitution, and the appointment of a new chief executive. There were also several notices of motion to be considered, covering topics such as support for family carers and local flood management.

The Leicestershire County Council Cabinet was scheduled to meet to discuss the local government reorganisation business case, and any items referred from Overview and Scrutiny. The meeting was also scheduled to cover any urgent items, and declarations of interest from those present.

The Leicestershire County Council Cabinet met on 18 November 2025, and agreed to consult on a draft School Places Strategy for 2026-2031, decided against a funding transfer from the Schools Block to the High Needs Block of the Dedicated Schools Grant for 2026/27, and approved the council's response to the Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council Regulation 18 Local Plan consultation. The Cabinet also noted the Annual Delivery Report and Performance Compendium for 2025, and the Annual Report of the Traded Services Strategy.
