The Shareholder Committee (Cabinet Committee) convened to address key personnel changes at Enterprise Oxfordshire, including the appointment of an interim managing director and adjustments to the board of non-executive directors. Councillor Dan Levy, Cabinet Member for Finance, Property and Transformation, declared an interest and recused himself from the discussion. Ultimately, the committee approved the recommendations outlined in the report.

The Oxfordshire Council Cabinet met to discuss and approve the submission of the council's proposal for local government reorganisation to the government, deciding to endorse the One Oxfordshire
plan with some revisions. This plan suggests replacing the current two-tier system with a single county unitary authority.
County Council - Tuesday, 4 November 2025 11.00 am
The Oxfordshire County Council meeting scheduled for 4 November 2025 included an address by the Lord Lieutenant of Oxfordshire, Mrs Marjorie Glasgow BEM, and consideration of the new strategic plan, changes to financial regulations and the youth justice annual plan.
