New Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Local Plan (post examination) for Adoption by TWBC

The new Tunbridge Wells Borough Local Plan was submitted for Examination in November 2021, with Stage 1 and 2 Examination hearing sessions held in 2022, and Stage 3 hearing sessions held in 2024. Following public consultation on proposed Main Modifications between 17 March and 30 April 2025, and following receipt of the Examination Inspector's Final report (to be received ahead of the committee cycle), this report will set out an update on the examination, and set out recommendation(s) on next steps, including Adoption of the Local Plan.
