Individual Decision Day - Wednesday, 3rd December, 2025 10.00 am
The Individual Decision Days of Cornwall Council are scheduled to meet on Wednesday 3 December 2025. During the meeting, reports regarding a new lease for Cornwall Airport Newquay, the Mid Cornwall Metro project, and the Football Foundation Truro Sports Hub will be presented. The Cornwall Council Cabinet met to discuss the Council Performance Report for Quarter 2 of 2025/26, the Draft Council Priorities Plan 2026-30, and several strategies and commissioning plans. The cabinet approved the draft Council Priorities 2026-2030 for public consultation, and also approved the Home Based Prevention and Intermediate Care Business Case, and to commence a procurement process for Sexual and Reproductive Health Services. They also formally adopted the 'Our Customer Philosophy 2025-2030' and the 'CornwALL Connected Digital Inclusion Strategy 2025-2030'.
Constitution and Governance Committee - Tuesday, 4th November, 2025 10.00 am
The Constitution and Governance Committee met to discuss governance arrangements for council-owned entities, rules for substitute councillors, and the member development strategy. Councillors recommended changes to Article 21 - Governance Arrangements of Council Owned Entities to be implemented, and also recommended an amendment to Council Procedure Rule 4.2.2 - Allocation of Substitutes. The committee decided to make no changes to the Member Development Strategy at this time.

The Budget Development Overview and Scrutiny Committee of Cornwall Council met on Wednesday, 22nd October, 2025, to discuss the council's principles, values and priorities for 2026-2030, and to review the key financial assumptions underpinning the Medium-Term Financial Plan 2026-30 and 2026/27 budget. The meeting was also scheduled to cover questions from the public, and the approval of minutes from previous meetings.
