Wiltshire Council's extraordinary meeting on 7 January 2026 saw a significant debate on the proposed disposal of St Stephen's Multi-Storey Car Park in Trowbridge, which was ultimately defeated by a tied vote. Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee - Wednesday 19 November 2025 10.30 am
