The Camden Council Planning Committee is scheduled to meet on 11 December 2025 to discuss several planning applications, including a proposal to convert a former telephone exchange into a hotel, and an amendment to a prior planning permission on the Abbey Estate[^1]. The Kentish Town District Management Committee (DMC) met to discuss the Housing Revenue Account budget, the Environment Services contract, and repairs and hazard management. The committee was also scheduled to discuss the Kentish Town DMC budget and receive a tenant engagement report.
