Appointment of Portfolio Holder for Transport and Planning, Portfolio Holder Decisions/Leader Decisions - Tuesday 10 June 2025 10.00 am

In a meeting held on Tuesday 10 June 2025, Councillor Rob Howard, Leader of the Council, confirmed the appointment of Councillor Nigel Golby as the Portfolio Holder for Transport and Planning, and Councillor Stuart Green as the Cabinet Support Member for Transport and Planning. The terms of reference for both roles were also confirmed.

Annual Council, County Council - Friday 16 May 2025 10.00 am

At the annual general meeting of Warwickshire County Council, Councillor Edward Harris was elected as chair, Councillor Dale Keeling was elected as vice-chair, and Councillor Rob Howard was appointed as leader of the council. Councillors also approved appointments to committees and other bodies, received the annual report on the use of urgency and call-in procedures, reviewed the overview and scrutiny annual report, and approved amendments to contract standing orders.

Cabinet - Thursday 10 April 2025 1.45 pm

The Warwickshire County Council Cabinet met on 10 April 2025, and among other things, endorsed changes to contract standing orders, approved additions to the education capital programme, and reviewed service estimates for the coming financial year. Councillor Isobel Seccombe OBE, Leader of the Council, chaired the meeting held in Committee Room 2, Shire Hall.
