The North Northamptonshire Council Planning Committee (South) met to discuss a change of use application for a property on Knox Road, an application for partial demolition and construction on Canon Street, and to receive an update on the Green Hill Solar Farm project. EAP Sustainable Communities - Wednesday 9th April, 2025 9.30 am
The EAP Sustainable Communities Panel met to discuss developer travel plan guidance, a draft baseline report, and the executive forward plan. The panel reviewed updated guidance for developer travel plans, which aims to reduce motor vehicle traffic by 10%. They also discussed the progress of the Local Transport Plan (LTP) and its draft baseline report, which is currently undergoing public consultation.
