The Harrow Planning Committee is responsible for making decisions on planning applications and enforcing building regulations under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and related legislation. It determines applications for certificates under the Land Compensation Act 1961 and can serve Article 4 Directions to remove permitted development rights.
