The Housing & Regeneration Scrutiny Sub Committee reviews and scrutinises the Council's housing functions and decisions. The committee holds service providers accountable for performance and considers housing matters affecting residents, including those raised by tenant and resident associations or the public. It operates with an annual work programme and reports its findings to the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
