The Cabinet of Croydon Council is scheduled to consider a range of strategic documents and reports at its upcoming meeting. Key discussions are expected to focus on the future of adult social care and health services, the council's education estates, and the development of family hubs.
Adult Social Care and Health Strategy 2026-30
A significant item on the agenda is the proposed Adult Social Care and Health Strategy for 2026-30. This strategy outlines the council's approach to supporting residents with care and health needs over the next four years. The report pack includes the main strategy document 1, an action plan for its implementation 2, and an Equalities Impact Assessment (EQIA) 3 which considers the potential effects of the strategy on different groups of people.
Education Estates Strategy
The Cabinet will also review the Education Estates Strategy. This strategy will likely detail plans for the council's school buildings and educational facilities.
